Delegate print job module (group printing)
With the Delegate Print Job module, a print job can be forwarded to another user or delegated to a group.

The module can occur several times in the workflow.

The placement of the module is not restricted. However, different effects result depending on at which points the module is used.

The module should be used at the beginning of the workflow, possibly directly after Start module.
The module can be connected to all modules (this can result in nonsensical workflows).

Specify how to delegate the print job (users or groups).

The print job is not delegated, i.e. the recipient is not changed by the module.

The print job is forwarded to the user specified in the module settings. The user must be set in the User Name field. Search for the user by typing in a search term.
This function overwrites any delegated user already set via the interface, see also Setting delegated print.

- \L@PJL COMMENT DelegationUserLoginName=[Login name of the user]\L
- Example: \L@PJL COMMENT DelegationUserLoginName=m.tester\L (Login m.tester and the associated user is used)
Further information on separator page parameters can be found under Separator page.

You can forward a print to a group of users. The group of users is formed on the basis of keywords (all users containing the specified keyword can print the print job). This function overwrites any delegated user already set via the interface, see also Setting delegated print. If a user in the group has printed the print job (without using Print and Hold), the print job is deleted. The job can also be actively deleted by a user (it is then no longer available for any group members).
Specify the keyword for the grouping in the Keyword For Grouping field.

The print service accepts and analyses print jobs. It also checks the user rights when printing. It also sends the print data to the device. Its log file is Logs\PrintService.log.
